PowerPoint Find and Replace tool for solving the purpose of finding and replacing in PPTs using accurate search criteria. It follows user requirement for accurate search and replacement. This tool is user friendly because it has new stepwise process. It covers it in three steps.

Step 1: Add Files (PPT).
This step in initialize step and it will lets you to add MS PowerPoint (.PPT) files by just clicking on Add file button. This tool allows you to add multiple files and folder containing the multiple files in jus on step. It will automatically search the selected folder and include all the .PPT files in this tool. This tool also allows you to remove the selected files from selected list with CTRL+DEL or SHIFT+DEL.

Step 2: Add or Load Words (CSV/TXT).
This step will let you to add words or phrase for Find what and replace with. You can define that in .text or .csv files and you can import that file for finding and replacing the things. By clicking to add to list button you can add words in list and by clicking on load list you can load the word list. This tool allows you to do case sensitive search by using match cases and matching the whole word. It allows you to add the word in find what textbox and replace with textbox.

Step 3: Format Words & Final Process.
This step will lets you to format or highlight your selected words or phrases or it allows you to Edit the Text and change the Find Options. It allows you to Remove all selected words from the List and Empty the Word List. It allow you to open the processed information in particular folder. It also give the log information for analyze the work process.

This tool also provide the folder and file information. It can process the files in different folder or in native folder. It has standard interface and it can run on window 8 and 7, Vista, XP, NT.
